POSITION DESCRIPTION : Setting Up project management for quality services at client location. Responsible for complete site management related to operations, Quality, Reporting, Redi processes, recruitment and training, Inspector development, etc. Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the Client Management. Organize operations: For each Quality control, deploy resources, documents, methods, reporting, etc … Manage a team at Site, depending on the size of the operations. Inspectors Management: instructions, controls of procedures, Quality audit, control of lead-time, etc … In charge of the location / Region: direct reporting to Operation Quality Manager, profitability draft, statistics concerning the correct use of resources, identification of requirements to support the process, etc... Execution management: Managing customer relationship, Handling Customer complaint, rout cause analysis and corrective action, inspector training. Project Specific Requirement: handling customer specific technical requirement, Quality Requirements & Reporting requirement. Computer Skills: Hands on MS Word, Excel, Power Point, can develop report structure, data analytics with graphs & able deliver customer specific reporting Quality Control Skills: Having experience into Engineering / Automotive Quality Domain including commodities like Casting, Forging, Sheet Metal, Plastic Molding, Rubber, Welding & fabrication, Machining & Assembly processes. Customer centric Approach: Flexible, adoptable & service-oriented approach to deliver the best result to customer. able to bring change to deliver customer satisfaction. Qualification: Diploma or BE (Mechanical, Automobile & Production). Duration of exp: Required 5 to 7 years’ Experience.
