Job Description

Project Manager R&D

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, timelines, budgets & deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Production, Marketing).
Manage stakeholders & provide regular project updates.
Drive innovation in new products, processes & technologies.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDR, FDA & quality standards.
Prepare documentation and support audits/inspections.

Requirements:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Engineering or Biomedical Engineering. PMP certification preferred.
812 years’ experience in R&D project management (medical devices, automobile, consumer durables, or equipment manufacturing).
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies & tools (Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
