We are hiring for the post of Project Head in Gujarat.

The details are as follows.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

Communication Skill - High
Excellent knowledge of coordinating between Cost – Time – Quality, Give inputs b time to contract admin team.
Takes Ownership of producing relevant MIS @ frequent intervals suggested by management
Knowledge and experience into contractor billing and rate negotiation
Computer Skills – [Excel, Word & Power point presentation MS Projects and Primover
Technical field skills – Capabilities to estimate time and resource requirements
Coordinate with PM/procurement/SM for emergency site procurement of construction materials for EPC job.
Preparation of site organization chart.
Plan the resources according to approved site organization chart
Fast Track planning in every single stage

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

B.E-Civil with 25 years’ experience in Project planning, Scheduling, coordination, Procurement & contract, architecture and Design and Quality assurance of construction projects.
