Job Title: Project Manager (Junior Level) Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within deadlines and scope. Exposure to SAP, ERP, or AI/ML projects will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution. Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery. Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Communicate clearly with stakeholders on project status, expectations, and deliverables. Conduct project review meetings and maintain documentation. Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations to clients and stakeholders. Required Skills Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in an IT/software development environment. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Good presentation skills to effectively communicate project details and progress. Experience in working with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project). Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or Engineering is required. Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems. Experience with AI/ML-related projects. Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies. Show more Show less
