Project Manager

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 4 to 6 years

Certification: Scrum Master certification required

About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience managing projects and holding a Scrum Master certification. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing IT or software development projects.
• Familiarity with other project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall).
• Knowledge of risk management and change management processes.
