Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai Experience: 4 to 6 years Work Mode: Hybrid (Office on Monday and Friday) Certification: Scrum Master certification required About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience managing projects and holding a Scrum Master certification. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices. Prepare and present project status reports to management and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in an Agile environment. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing IT or software development projects. Familiarity with other project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall).
