Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Probey Services Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful outcomes. Your expertise in Jira, Client Relationship Management (CRM), ATS, Power BI, decision-making, effective communication, English proficiency (spoken and written), interpersonal skills, MS-Excel, MS-Office, and presentation skills will be crucial in achieving project goals.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations and company objectives.
2. Utilize Jira and other project management tools to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions promptly.3. Foster strong relationships with clients by maintaining open communication, providing updates on project status, and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.4. Utilize ATS to streamline recruitment processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.5. Analyze data using Power BI to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project performance.6. Demonstrate strong decision-making skills to prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.7. Use your excellent English proficiency, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to drive project success.
