Job Description

1. Project Management

  • Identify required manpower and define resource needs.
  • Deploy and assign employees to roles based on project responsibilities.
  • Lead

    overall project execution and manpower deployment

  • Manage

    manpower mobilization

    and allocation across job fronts.
  • Ensure strict adherence to

    safety and quality standards

  • Drive

    cross-functional coordination

    across civil, MEP, and finishes.
  • Maintain a positive work environment through strong

    team handling and issue resolution

  • Implement measures to

    control attrition and retain skilled workforce

    .
  • Oversee

    billing, JMS and bill certification

    processes.
  • Monitor

    local procurement and vendor sourcing

    to optimize cost and timelines.

2. Planning & Scheduling

  • Define project scope, key milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed schedules including tasks, timelines, resources and dependencies.
  • Continuously monitor and update schedules to track progress and identify delays.
  • Optimize schedules to enhance efficiency and address critical bottlenecks.

3. Material Management

  • Ensure timely material planning and availability as per project timelines.
  • Plan, monitor and control inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock.
  • Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams to ensure material quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Track consumption and certify material reconciliation.
