Project Manager - PMO

As a Project Manager in ZS, you will be responsible for leading the PMO team to ensure smooth delivery of client engagements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the PMO team and coordinating cross-office team meetings between offshore and onshore teams - Planning and guiding PMO team members in their individual goals and learning - Facilitating induction of new team members and coordinating team events - Owning PMO processes and tools such as project charter, ticket management system, issue management, communication, reporting, and knowledge management - Ensuring quality of deliverables and managing team member utilization - Tracking adherence to project processes and ensuring compliance on program SLAs - Overseeing Program Risk Management process and maintaining SOP documents repository - Contributing to continuous improvement and managing onboarding/offboarding, training, and team compliance - Coordinating with key stakeholders for legal document renewals and billing milestones To qualify for this role, you should have: - A graduate degree with 3+ years of experience in Project Management, or a Post Graduate in MBA with years of experience in Project Management - Strong organizational skills and self-motivation - Good knowledge of Project Management Processes and tools - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Customer-focused mindset, good interpersonal skills, and high initiative - Prior experience of running PMO for more than 50 people preferred ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth, and professional development.
