About the Role

Project Manager

As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will drive delivery excellence across IT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring projects are executed within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Workspace Projects

• Manage and deliver IT infrastructure projects, including

  workspace optimization, cloud migrations, and network/security initiatives

  .
• Oversee

  end-to-end laptop refresh cycles

  — procurement, imaging, deployment, and disposal.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics, IT, and global teams to ensure smooth implementation and minimal business disruption.

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects using standard PM methodologies.
• Track schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables using dashboards and project tools.
• Manage

  WaaS, DaaS, and XaaS

  deployments and ensure service excellence.
• Utilize

  IMS

  tools and frameworks to manage infrastructure operations effectively.
• Conduct risk and issue management, ensure compliance, and maintain project documentation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the single point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Manage relationships with

  Global Real Estate (GRE)

  , IT service providers, and suppliers.
• Provide timely updates, conduct reviews, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Change & Financial Management

• Manage project scope, cost, and change controls with full transparency.
• Ensure delivery within financial baselines, including forecasting and invoicing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory:

  Strong experience in

  Infrastructure Management Services (IMS)

  .
• 9–12 years of project management experience in

  Infrastructure / Workspace / Cloud / Network / Security

  projects.
• Proven hands-on experience in

  End User Computing

  and

  refresh project execution

  .
• Experience with

  WaaS, DaaS, XaaS deployments

  .
• Proficiency with

  SNOW (ServiceNow)

  ,

  Intune

  ,

  Smart Hub

  , and

  MS Project / Excel / PowerPoint

  .
• Certifications such as

  Prince2

  ,

  PMP

  , or

  Agile

  are an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication —

  premium communication skills are essential

  .
• Ability to travel to

  client locations

  and

  Mumbai

  for meetings when required.
