• 5+ years of experience managing projects in IT services or software development.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or MS Project.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
• Team player with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Be the main point of contact for your clients and own those relationships.
• Run client calls, project updates, and status reviews.
• Gather requirements, manage expectations, and handle change requests.
• Keep clients happy and in the loop, always.
• Project Planning & Execution
• Define goals, timelines, and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
• Build project plans and track progress like a pro.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies before they become problems.
• Make sure projects hit deadlines and stay within budget.
• Team Management
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to keep things moving.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and check in on progress.
• Lead daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews.
• Help your team stay motivated and resolve blockers fast.
• Reporting & Communication
• Keep everyone updated with clear reports and status summaries.
• Use tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana to stay organized.
• Escalate issues early and find solutions quickly.
