Responsibilities

Project Manager - Change & Operations

• Lead and manage complex change management and operational improvement projects end-to-end

  (Non-it Projects).

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement solutions tied to organizational objectives.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards within agreed timelines and scope.
• Effectively manage communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of implemented projects and make informed decisions.
• Champion diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of project management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A relevant degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 13+ years

  of progressive leadership experience in program/project management.
• Expertise in change management, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Certifications such as

  PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma (

  preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with program management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms.
