We're growing rapidly and are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality solar installations from planning through commissioning.

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of solar project execution – from initial planning to final commissioning. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle: design, procurement, permitting, and construction
• Lead and supervise on-site teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Monitor daily site operations, ensuring timely progress and quality control
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including progress reports, work logs, and client updates
• Track project budgets, control costs, and manage change orders effectively
• Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and solar industry standards
• Identify project risks, delays, or challenges early and implement corrective actions
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal departments throughout the project

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar project management or a similar technical field
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field preferred
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Working knowledge of solar PV systems, components, and installation processes
• Ability to handle field travel, site supervision, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
