Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a keen interest in clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, or inquiries
• Promote and explain our solar products and services clearly and confidently
• Upsell and cross-sell to new and existing customers when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead details in CRM or Excel
• Follow up with leads to schedule site visits or technical meetings
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Share customer feedback, queries, and requirements with the relevant departments
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service
• Proficient in spoken Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude
