BTech (Civil) with min 10 years of experience as a project manager in handling infra and building construction projects. Must preferably have experience in hi-rise building construction (20+ floors), project management of at least a 1 million sft or higher project in the past 5 years. Should be self motivated, capable of planning, executing and managing multiple projects of township infrastructure development, hi-rise buildings, statutory approvals (ghmc / hmda etc), coordinating with consultants / vendors from multiple disciplines, manage / mentor an office team to coordinate all projects. Salary is not a constraint for the deserving individual and will be based on a lower fixed & higher variable performance linked package.
