Project Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, confidential environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, legal, finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of each transaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  full lifecycle of M&A projects

  , from due diligence to post-merger integration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, legal, HR, technology, and operations.
• Develop and maintain

  detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments

  .
• Track progress against milestones and ensure timely delivery of critical tasks.
• Support

  due diligence efforts

  , documentation, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.
• Identify integration risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive alignment between strategic goals and operational outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Finance, Management, or related field

  ; MBA preferred.

• 5–10 years

  of experience in project management, ideally within

  M&A, corporate strategy, or consulting

  .
• Strong understanding of

  transaction processes, due diligence, and integration frameworks

  .
• Proven experience managing

  complex, multi-stakeholder projects

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent project management tools

  .
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification

  is an advantage.
