Project Manager (MEP) Experience: 10+ Years

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 

Responsibilities

·      Set project timeline

·      Monitor project deliverables

·      Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

·      Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

·      Proper documentation needs to be done

·      Lead and manage all MEP activities across projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems)

·      Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration

·      Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations

·      Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services

·      Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards

·      Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management

·      Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions

·      Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies 

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

·      8–10 years of experience in MEP project management

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools

·      Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

·      Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus
