Project Manager

Job Summary: Lushvibes is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape and greenery installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, smooth site operations, and seamless coordination between the internal team, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution:·       Oversee the planning and scheduling of installation sites alongwith respective material and labor readiness. Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope, take measurements, and assess requirements. Ensure all installations meet design standards and client expectations. Site Supervision & Coordination:· Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety protocols. Troubleshoot site-level issues and provide timely solutions. Maintain daily reports and communicate progress to the management team. Client & Vendor Interaction:·       Serve as the point of contact for clients during installation phases. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and execution. Requirements:· 2+ years of experience in handling site-based projects, preferably in landscaping, interiors, or construction. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office Ability to read and interpret design drawings and BOQs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to project sites across Mumbai (and occasionally outside). Preferred Qualifications:· Experience in green wall or landscape installations.
