Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities from project initiation to completion. This includes coordinating teams, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining schedules, and delivering the project within scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager acts as the key link between clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or plans as needed to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve conflicts, delays, and technical issues that may arise on-site.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7-10 years) in construction project management or site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
