Job Description

About The Role

The Project Manager will lead large-scale operational projects in solid waste management or logistics, overseeing manpower, fleet, compliance, and stakeholder coordination for timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operations Management

Plan, execute, and monitor project operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
Oversee manpower deployment, fleet utilization, and logistics performance.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, timelines, and budgets.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and clients for project delivery.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships for smooth coordination.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track KPIs, budgets, and operational milestones.
Prepare dashboards and project reports for management and authorities.

Compliance & Improvement

Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Engineering, or Logistics.
Minimum 5 years of project or operations management experience in solid waste management, Logoistics, Delivery Operations or supply chain management.
Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Skills & Competencies

Project and multi-site operations management.
Stakeholder coordination and vendor management.
Data-driven decision-making and reporting.
Expertise in B2C/B2B logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or delivery operations.
