Job Summary:   The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering end-to-end event projects. This role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage clients, vendors, budgets, and teams to ensure the successful execution of corporate, social, and promotional events.   Key Responsibilities:   ·      Project Planning & Execution ·      Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for events. ·      Define event objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with client needs. ·      Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.    Client Management   ·      Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. ·      Understand client expectations and translate them into actionable plans. ·      Provide regular updates and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.    Team Leadership   Lead internal teams including designers, coordinators, production staff, and vendors.   Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.   Motivate and guide the team to deliver high-quality outcomes.    Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination   Identify, negotiate, and manage external vendors (venue, catering, logistics, AV, décor, etc.).   Ensure timely delivery of all vendor services as per contract.    Risk & Compliance   Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.   Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements.    Post-Event Activities   Conduct post-event reviews and prepare reports on outcomes and learnings.   Gather client feedback and suggest improvements for future projects.    Key Skills & Competencies:   Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.   Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.   Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.   Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.   Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and event software.   Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1 to 5 years of experience in event/project management (preferably in event management, hospitality, or advertising agencies). Proven track record of managing large-scale events and client portfolios.
