WhatsApp Manager

Role Summary: At Seven i Event Management, the WhatsApp Manager will serve as the first point of communication for clients, Events, vendors, and internal teams via WhatsApp. This role is responsible for ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication to support smooth execution of events. Key Responsibilities: Manage Seven i Event Management’s official WhatsApp Business account. Respond quickly and professionally to client, Events, vendor, and partner inquiries. Share event updates, schedules, reminders, and invitations with stakeholders. Create and manage WhatsApp groups and broadcast lists for clients, vendors, and internal staff. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, creative, logistics) to pass on updates and collect confirmations. Maintain proper documentation of important approvals and discussions through chat records. Assist marketing by sharing event promotions, offers, and highlights via WhatsApp campaigns. Ensure consistent brand tone, communication etiquette, and client satisfaction. Prepare simple weekly reports on communication, client engagement, and response turnaround. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Communication preferred). 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, event coordination, or social media/WhatsApp handling. Excellent written & verbal communication in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus). Strong knowledge of WhatsApp Business features (labels, quick replies, broadcasts). Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats/groups simultaneously. Professional, organized, and detail-oriented. Key Attributes: Quick thinker with a problem-solving approach.
