Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to oversee and execute corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong site management experience, vendor coordination skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute interior fit-out projects from design to handover.
• Coordinate between clients, architects/designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee site execution, manage manpower, and monitor daily progress.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.
• Handle material planning, vendor billing, BOQ verification, and project documentation.
• Track budgets, timelines, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, organizational, and project execution skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting tools.
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project sites efficiently.
