Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Design

Location: CST - Fort

Experience: 4–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior design project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project management, from planning and coordination to execution and handover. They must have hands-on experience managing residential and/or commercial interior projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee 

    interior design projects

     from concept to completion.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Liaise between clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
  • Ensure adherence to design intent, material specifications, and quality standards.
  • Supervise on-site work, resolve issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Track progress against BOQ, work schedules, and client expectations.
  • Manage procurement coordination, delivery timelines, and vendor negotiations.
  • Handle project documentation including work orders, progress reports, and client approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards at the site.
  • Report regularly to senior management on project status and flag any delays or risks.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in 

    project management within the interior design or fit-out industry

    .
  • Proven experience in handling residential or commercial interior projects independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, execution methods, and site coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (MS Project, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-end residential or turnkey commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with BOQ-based billing, contract terms, and estimation.
  • Understanding of design drawings, MEP services, and civil/interior coordination.
