Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager - Home Automation in Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of home automation projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating between teams, ensuring adherence to client requirements, supervising installations, managing logistics, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring quality during the project lifecycle.

Responsibilties

• Complete knowledge of Home Automation System Integrator Projects lifecycle.
• Technical Skills for Lutron/KNX LMS, Curtain Control, Control4/Crestron , Audio/Video Installation and Set Ups, CCTV wiring and set up, IPPBX Systems, Biometric Locks and Networking Set Ups.
• Primary role is scheduling and overlooking installers to complete sites.
• Daily Updates to Sheets and Stakeholders
• Communicate with Clients and Team for Maintenance Scheduling
• Managing project details between Office team, Installer team, Clients and other agencies hired by client.
• Attend and take over project site meetings and finalize positioning of services with Architect and other agencies.
• Organize all details of multiple projects and overlook sites
• End to end management of residential projects

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks
• Expeditor and Expediting skills for ensuring timely delivery of project
• Experience with Inspection and ensuring quality standards at various phases of projects
• Logistics Management skills, including coordinating supply chain and resource allocation
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Experience in managing residential projects is a must
