Job Title: Project Manager Location: Bangalore(5 Days Office) Years of experience: 5-7years The Immediate Joiners are preferred or the Candidates with shorter than 30 days Notice Period. Job Overview: As a Project Manager in our E-commerce division, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of e-commerce projects from inception to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, development, design, logistics, and customer service to ensure that all projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning Execution: Lead the planning and implementation of e-commerce projects, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (internal and external) and the project team. Maintain regular communication with senior management to update them on project progress and resolve any issues. Conduct project status meetings and provide clear, concise project updates. Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skillsets and project requirements. Budget Resource Management: Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Monitor project costs and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget. Risk Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues and proactively create mitigation strategies. Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and take corrective actions as needed. Quality Control: Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the company s standards and customer expectations. Collaborate with the QA team to perform testing and ensure a smooth user experience on the e-commerce platform. Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices for managing e-commerce projects, driving efficiency and success. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master s degree or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the e-commerce industry. Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce platform projects, including website/app launches, integrations, or digital marketing initiatives. Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and digital marketing tools. Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Experience with data-driven decision-making and understanding of KPIs and analytics in e-commerce. Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and customer support processes in an e-commerce setting.
