Project Manager

Godawari Harsh Construction Pvt Ltd. is seeking to hire an experienced Site Engineer- Roads and Highway. Must have B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in road/bridge/infrastructure projects to qualify as a Project manager-Highway

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:-

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for road and bridge works.

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are met.

• Lead and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

2. Technical Oversight

• Review design drawings, technical specifications, and construction methodology.

• Ensure compliance with IRC, MORTH, and other relevant standards.

• Provide solutions to technical issues and approve engineering changes as needed.

3. Contract & Vendor Management

• Manage contracts, BOQs, tenders, and work orders.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to scope and quality.

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Implement QA/QC protocols at site.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.

• Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Act as key liaison with client, consultants, local authorities, and internal management.

• Provide regular MIS reports, progress updates, and documentation.

• Resolve conflicts, delays, and technical issues proactively.

6. Financial Control

• Track project budgets, cost forecasts, and resource utilization.

• Approve invoices, work certifications, and variation claims.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality..

Minimum Requirements

• B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in road/bridge/infrastructure projects.

• Proven experience managing road, highway, and bridge construction projects end-to-end.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, QA/QC practices, and safety protocols.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).

• Ability to handle on-ground challenges and make data-driven decisions.

• Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project 

Monthly CTC: - INR 45,000/- to 50,000/-
