• Supervise and execute

  day-to-day construction activities

  as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams for smooth work execution.
• Verify

  layouts, levels, alignments, and quality

  of ongoing work (earthwork, concreting, bituminous, structural).
• Maintain

  daily progress records

  and share reports with the site in-charge/Head Office.
• Monitor

  manpower, machinery, and materials

  utilization and report delays/shortages.
• Ensure strict adherence to

  safety and quality standards

  on site.
• Support

  quantity measurement and subcontractor billing verification

  .
• Assist in resolving technical issues and communicate site challenges to planning/billing teams.

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  .

• 2–4 years’ experience

  in site execution (preferably road & bridge projects).
• Knowledge of

  construction methodologies, drawings, and levels

  .
• Hands-on with

  AutoCAD (basic), MS Excel, and field measuring tools

  .
• Strong in

  team coordination, problem-solving, and timely reporting

  .
