Position: Project Manager (eLearning Development)

Project Manager (eLearning Development)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end project lifecycle

  for eLearning development projects (custom content, LMS implementation, SCORM/xAPI compliance, etc.).
• Develop and monitor

  project plans, schedules, and budgets

  , ensuring timely delivery within scope.
• Collaborate with

  instructional designers, graphic designers, multimedia developers, and SMEs

  to ensure quality outcomes.
• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients/stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Identify and mitigate

  project risks

  , resolve issues, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Ensure all deliverables meet

  quality standards

  and client specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation including project charters, status reports, and closure reports.
• Continuously improve project management processes for better efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in

  Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or related field

  (Masters preferred).

• 4+ years of experience

  in project management, with at least

  2+ years in eLearning/EdTech/Training industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  eLearning development processes

  (Storyboards, ID models, SCORM/AICC/xAPI, authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Vyond, etc.).
• Proven ability to

  manage cross-functional teams

  and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
