Job Description

About the Role:

B2B Business Development Managers

  • Identify and target decision-makers

    : L&D Heads, HR Directors, CXOs, School Owners, and Education Board Officials.
  • Generate qualified leads

    through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and solution presentations

    (virtual and in-person).
  • Understand client requirements and

    pitch customized eLearning and training solutions

    .
  • Prepare tailored

    proposals, presentations, and capability documents

    .
  • Negotiate, close deals

    , and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain an active

    sales pipeline, CRM updates

    , and regular forecasting.
  • Stay updated on

    industry trends

    in EdTech, L&D, and training sectors.

Desired Profile:

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience

    in

    Education, EdTech, Corporate L&D Solutions, Training Services, or Custom Content Development

    .
  • Strong

    network and connects with corporates (L&D/HR) and schools/education boards

    is a big advantage.
  • Solution-selling mindset

    with ability to understand client needs and design suitable service offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with

    senior decision-makers

    and handling

    long sales cycles

  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

  • Willingness to travel
