Project Manager

An experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with 4 years of hands-on experience in managing residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design projects from concept to completion. Proven track record in coordinating design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with design and architectural teams to interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement, deliveries, and installations.
• Handle client communications, provide progress updates, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, change orders, and status reports.
• Ensure all regulatory approvals and permits are secured in a timely manner.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project tracking tools
• Familiar with local building codes and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
