Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor with proven experience in overseeing interior fit-out and design execution on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior finishes, site coordination, and vendor management to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day activities at interior design project sites to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to design specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to manage on-site work and installations.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, material specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project timelines and report daily/weekly progress to the Project Manager.
Inspect delivered materials and ensure proper handling, storage, and usage on-site.
Resolve on-site issues related to labor, materials, or design discrepancies promptly.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing site safety regulations and protocols.
Conduct quality checks and ensure rectification of defects or deviations from plans.
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and consultants during site visits or inspections.
Maintain detailed site logs, attendance records, and documentation of daily activities.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and finishes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Problem-solving and quick decision-making on-site.
Familiarity with site safety regulations and standards.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
