As a Project Manager at WarpDrive Tech Works, your role will involve leading and driving Salesforce projects from inception to completion. You should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management. Your responsibilities will include: - **Project Leadership:** - Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. - Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. - **Team Coordination:** - Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the project team, fostering a positive and productive working environment. - Mentor and guide team members to enhance their Salesforce knowledge and skills. - **Risk Analysis and Mitigation:** - Proactively identify project risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. - Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements to anticipate and address potential issues. - **Stakeholder Management:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships. - Communicate project status, updates, and potential impacts to stakeholders clearly and effectively. - **Quality Assurance:** - Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet established standards and best practices. - Implement improvements and refinements as needed to optimize system performance. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry best practices. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions. Qualifications required for this role: - Coordinate resources for the flawless execution of projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques - Report and escalate to management as needed - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation In addition, you should possess: - Great educational background, in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers - Proven working experience of 5 years as a project administrator in the information technology sector - Hands-on experience in the management of large-scale projects on a cloud platform. - Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus - Good to have the data protection and Consent Management process in CRM.
