The Opportunity

The PSG IT Center of Excellence is transforming how delivery happens. We’re building a connected model that aligns planning, execution, and value realization across Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. The Project Manager – Delivery Governance ensures structure, agility, and collaboration flow seamlessly across these teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve delivery governance from concept to measurable outcomes.
  • Create practical dashboards, playbooks, and templates that simplify team execution.
  • Partner with divisional and site IT to prioritize initiatives and monitor progress.
  • Oversee partner onboarding, outcome-based metrics, and vendor reviews.
  • Lead retrospectives and share learnings that enhance delivery efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in technology, consulting, or transformation roles.
  • PMP, CSM, or CSPO certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Planview, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with automation or analytics programs.
  • Proven record of working with global participants and vendors.
  • Pharma experience is a plus but not required.
