Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships with key decision makers, acting as the primary point of contact for account management, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring KPIs and value delivery at every touch point.
• Lead end-to-end project management including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Establish effective project governance through timelines, documentation, risk tracking, and early-warning systems; provide full visibility of status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and effective use of tools like JIRA.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, and data science teams for clear communication and smooth delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and career development opportunities; oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, and talent development.
• Build team capabilities in AI/ML, driving innovation through rapid prototypes, proof of concepts, and adoption of latest advancements.
• Track project risks, dependencies, budgets, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business goals, frameworks, and standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and executive updates to senior leadership.
• Champion process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, delivery quality, and overall team performance.

Experience & Qualifications

• B.E/ B.Tech/ MA Economics/ MSc Statistics/Math or any other relevant degree. Masters degree in business management preferably from a premier B school (Good to have)
• Bachelors degree with at least 7 years of experience or Masters with at least 4 years of experience in project/program management.
• Having experience in the analytics domain is a plus
• Experience with Python and SQL is a plus.
• Hands-on expertise in JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with other Agile project management tools (Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
• Experience managing projects in cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with ability to adapt based on project needs.
• Proficiency in preparing project documentation, executive dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Excellent Project Management/Stakeholder Management skills

Certifications :

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
