Experience: hardcore turnkey Project Planning ,Control , Execution, Implementation, Project Management on EPC mode . Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager in Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and within scope. Job Description : The candidate will have the following role and responsibilities with in-depth knowledge of Turnkey Interiors and Data centre Physical Infrastructure (Non IT) : The candidate will be responsible for the following. · Complete Planning , Execution, Implementation, Project Management on EPC mode · Design, procurement, construction, to commissioning and handover of the project to the End-User or Owner. · Monitor and control projects delivery excellence along with financials performance in terms of billing revenue, profitability and cash flow commitments. · Contract Management. · On-Site Execution and implementation of Turnkey data center infra Projects, Non -IT part of datacenters including but not limited to components such as MEP,IBMS Interiors, UPS, PAC, Racks, PDU , HVAC, Electrical , IBMS, DCIM, Passive networking, VESDA, WLD, RRS, CCTV, FAS , AV etc. The Projects will be PAN India Basis. Person will be responsible to Coordinate with vendor, clients and other agencies., responsible to deliver the project with in time. · Coordinating and Planning of onsite and offsite work with vendors and customers. · Cost estimation of various Interiors and Non-IT components of the data center , and facilities. · Formulating project plan and submitting regular project updates as per the same. · Measurements and Billing for vendors and customers. · Client management and contract management. · Independently handle multiple sites by implementing right from project kick-off to project handing over to client.
