Job Description

As a Project Manager at Cytiva, you will play a crucial role in managing project enquiries and Process Engineering design for customized Engineering and standard systems in the Biopharma and Pharma Industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing project enquiries by engaging in customer discussions, reviewing URS, preparing Technical Proposals, Costing, P & ID preparation, and providing pre-sales support. - Preparing Mass Balance, equipment lists, costing, and supporting end-to-end solutions during the pre-sales phase. - Developing DQ1 & DQ2 documents related to Process engineering design, Project management, Cross functional communication, and ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones. - Creating qualification protocols and executing various inspections and customer feedback reports as part of the project realization process. - Conducting Internal Audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and implementing DBS-related activities for continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Masters degree in Biotech or related fields with over 12 years of experience in executing Biotech projects. - Familiarity with Biotech USP/DSP equipment sizing, risk assessment approaches, and plant setup for optimizing processes. - Proficiency in utilities calculations, equipment positioning, and enhancing processes for higher yields.
