As a Project Manager at Cytiva, you play a crucial role in managing project inquiries and Process Engineering design within the India, APAC region. Your responsibilities include leading project management for customized Engineering and standard systems in the Biopharma and Pharma Industry's USP & DSP portfolio. **Role Overview:** You will be a part of the PEPM (Process Engg, Project Management) team based in Pune, working on-site. At Cytiva, the vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage project inquiries, including customer discussions, URS Review & Compliance Prep, Technical Proposal, Costing, P & ID Prep, and supporting pre-sales activities. - Prepare Mass Balance, equipment list, costing, and provide Presales support for end-to-end solutions. - Create DQ1 & DQ2 docs related to Process engineering design, Project management, Cross-functional communication, customer management, and project milestones. - Develop qualification protocols, execute SFAT, Mechanical inspection, PreFAT, FAT, SAT, Customer feedback reports, and follow project realization chart procedures. - Conduct Internal Audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and implement DBS related activities for improvements while training the team. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in Biotech or related fields with over 12 years of experience in executing Biotech projects. - Familiarity with Biotech USP / DSP equipment sizing, risk assessment approach documentation, lead plant setup, utilities calculations, equipment positioning, and process optimization for higher yields.
