Project Manager – Solar EPC

Experience: 5+ Years

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to lead and oversee solar EPC projects across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in managing ground-mounted solar projects and be well-versed in the complete lifecycle of EPC projects – from planning to execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of ground-mounted solar projects across India.

Manage all phases of EPC projects including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate with the office team and review design aspects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil preferred).

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the solar EPC sector.

Proven track record in managing ground-mounted solar projects.

Strong understanding of solar PV systems, project planning tools, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel/relocate across India as per project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with government & private sector clients.

Familiarity with quality and HSE standards in solar projects.

BE Electrical preferred.
