Job Description

We are hiring a Project Manager (2–3 years experience) to manage IT projects, coordinate teams, and ensure successful delivery within deadlines. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver IT projects within defined scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports.
• Identify risks/issues and implement solutions.
• Guide and motivate the team for successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in project management (preferably IT domain).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification (PMP/PRINCE2) will be an added advantage.
