Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for obtaining and documenting business requirements, translating them into user stories and system requirements for Software Development and Testing Teams. Additionally, you will define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. You will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution and ensure effective communication among teams. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare high level design documentation based on business requirements. - Coordinate resource availability and allocation. - Host project meetings at least once per week for each project under your direction. - Develop and maintain a detailed project plan with milestones and timelines. - Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope. - Develop and maintain project communication documents such as progress reports and presentations. - Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders. - Use verification techniques to measure project performance and manage changes in scope and schedule. - Troubleshoot project issues and escalate when necessary. - Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in software development or design. - RCM Pre-sales experience is mandatory. - 6+ years of experience in a supervisory role. - Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Effective Leadership skills. - Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Capable of working creatively and analytically in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, both large and small.,
