Project planning and coordination with customer for approval of drawings, scheduling installation and commissioning plans.
Core Knowledge of APQP, FMEA , IMDS ,New Product Development ,Project Life Cycle & Product life Cycle, Knowledge for the Implementation of Project Management , Tooling development.
Good exposure to handle the automotive OEM Customer(Domestics & Overseas )Manufacturing engineering.
Provide necessary support for the design of mold to ensure that the mould/product standards meet the requirements of the Customer, Control the quality of die-casting moulds at different stage of manufacturing(Overall Complete mold development.
Responsible for the preparations & review of DFM reports in the early stage of mold development, It includes 3d ,2d, product 2d specification requirements, Finalizes the mold runner & gating system design,
Review mold flow anycasting, magma flow,Flow 3d software.
To Promote continuous improvement of quality and improve the production of moulds, Product approval and other issues, discussed technical problems with Design & mold worker technicians to ensure that products comply with international standards and customer requirements for products.
