The Role As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Celonis-led transformation programs. You will work closely with Engagement Managers, Lead Consultants, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage risks, track deliverables, and enable smooth project execution. You won’t be expected to build Celonis analyses or dashboards, but you must understand the consulting workflow and how Celonis-driven insights translate into measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end project governance, planning, and delivery tracking for assigned engagements. Drive core project ceremonies: weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and steering committees. Act as the central communication point between onshore teams (US/GCC) and offshore teams (India). Maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, risk matrices, and stakeholder maps. Track scope, resource allocation, utilization, and timelines in partnership with leadership. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and escalate risks with proactive mitigation plans. Support value tracking, KPI reporting, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to improving delivery processes, templates, and operational frameworks. Your Background & Skills 8–12 years of experience in project management, consulting delivery, analytics programs, or digital transformation. Experience working in IT services, consulting, or data-driven transformation projects (Celonis experience is a plus, not a requirement). Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, hybrid models). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, Notion, or similar. Ability to interpret technical milestones, dependencies, and business outcomes (without hands-on building). PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
