Role Overview

Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  new building activation projects

  from pre-handover to operational readiness.
• Oversee

  fit-out, furnishing, and MEP coordination

  for residential/ hospitality spaces.
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to

  project timelines, quality standards, and budget controls

  .
• Conduct site inspections and resolve civil/structural issues during activation.
• Collaborate with operations, design, and procurement teams for project readiness.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and project dashboards for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Civil Engineering

  (mandatory).
• 5–10 years of experience in

  real estate projects / building fit-outs / property activation

  .
• Strong knowledge of civil works, MEP coordination, and site management.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
• Strong execution mindset with problem-solving ability.
