Job Description / Responsibilities

Hands on experience in

Building Construction Site management, supervision, surveying, Quality control, of all works related to Building construction. Coordination with Vendors and consultants. Clarifying any discrepancies or issues related to Drawings / Execution etc.

Experience in construction of Mall will be preferred.

Budgeting, Costing with quantity estimation and item specification.

Arrangement of resources.

Preparing work schedules, allocating resources, managing site supervision team, suppliers, and contractors. Planning & scheduling construction activities & micro activities of the projects.

Supervising all construction and architecture design activities, including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.

Identifying and developing alternate vendor sources for archiving cost-effective purchases of equipment and accessories and timely delivery so as to minimize project cost.

Managed Civil/Site Development projects from planning to construction

Need to supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met

Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices

Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project

Ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction.

Desired profile of the candidate

B. Tech in Civil Over 15 years of experience in Mall and High rise Buildings.

Knowledge of real estate industry & recent developments in construction techniques, machinery, etc.
