Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Design and Technical Oversight:

• Co-ordinate with Consultant for timely release of drawings and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide filed based suggestions to engineering teams during the design and construction phases.

• Construction Supervision:

• Oversee on-site Civil & Structural construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Certify measurements & check vendor bills.

• Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management and execution of industrial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial projects from inception to completion.
