Project Manager

Studios is looking for a Project Manager Team Lead to join their team in Mohali. As the incumbent, your primary responsibilities will include executing and maintaining project management processes and disciplines related to project schedule, risk/issue management, resource management, cost management, quality management, and communication management. It is essential to have at least 5 years of relevant experience in this role and possess a Tech/B.Tech education background. Any additional Project Management qualifications would be considered a plus. Key Result Areas (KRAs) for this role include interfacing with clients for requirements discussions and status reporting, creating SRS documents based on requirements, suggesting technology landscape and creating solution definition documents, planning, executing, and tracking the complete software development lifecycle, organizing and managing all project phases for timely completion, interfacing with development, design, and quality assurance teams, defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members, guiding and coaching the Scrum team on Agile practices, contributing to Agile practices improvement within the organization, and facilitating all Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in developing web and mobile applications, expertise in MS Office tools, familiarity with web technology trends, excellent communication and written skills, a strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and team supervision, demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes and methodologies, knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency in software development life cycle models and traditional project management practices. Additionally, being skilled in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques will be advantageous in this role.
