Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, project management, and people development. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage multiple projects, engagements, and receivables, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. Lead the execution of high-quality deliverables, managing service quality, brand, and client expectations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and accounts, identifying new opportunities and building professional relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and growth. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, focusing on their development and growth. Ensure compliance with firm standards, processes, and policies, contributing to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership and growth. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or industry, with significant expertise in areas such as Business Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering, Market Assessment, Post-Merger Integration, Strategy and Business Planning, Sales and Marketing improvement/Transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management/Transformation. In-depth domain knowledge in one or more sectors, including Retail Management, eCommerce, Pricing, and Export Promotion. Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and provide insightful solutions. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
