Job Context: ABCL is a diversified Core investment Company (CIC) with wide spectrum of businesses which include NBFC, Housing Fice, Life Insurance, AMC, Health Insurance, Securities & Stock Broking, Insurance Broking, PE, ARC and online platform for personal fice. Given the diversity of businesses, structure and number of entities in the fold of ABCL, the corporate ficial reporting is a complex Job. This role has a responsibility to ensure that the consolidated ficial statements are prepared which includes standalone accounts, 6 Joint Ventures and 18 subsidiaries, in a timely and accurate manner as per the statutory/ listing requirements. Also the role has to ensure the timely completion of Audit by the Statutory Auditors. This position requires an indepth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, SEBI LODR requirements and Companies Act. Review of ficial statements of various subsidiaries and joint ventures to ensure that they are in compliance with the Group accounting policies and applicable laws and regulations. Major Challenges: Ensuring the talent we have at ABC are in line with the market requirements.
