How will you make an impact in this role
The successful candidate will execute clear project deliverables (FDIC, Fast Forward etc) and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure that project requirements are met. This role is pivotal to the successful implementation and execution of the FDIC program. Additionally, the candidate will ensure seamless integration across frontline, mid-office, and back-office processes and service delivery.
Role Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Program/Project Management with a solid understanding of fast-paced capability setup and data integration, ingestion and migration.

Experienced in meeting tight timelines, effectively managing multiple priorities and working across multiple time zones displaying superior personal accountability, including resilience and commitment.
- Excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate with colleagues and business partners to deliver desired outcomes without direct authority.

Ability to collaborate, network and develop strong working relationships across the organization.
- Understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and experience effectively managing a backlog of competing initiatives [preferred]
- Product Ownership experience [preferred]
